How have you been touched by breast cancer?
Diagnosed with Stage 2A Invasive Ductal Carcinoma in 2017, I had a right mastectomy and lymph node biopsy, with reconstruction and implant. Shortly following, I had 16 rounds of chemo and 28 doses of radiation. In 2018, a staph infection led to removal of the implant. In 2019, I decided to have a TRAM flap procedure done followed by a left breast implant in 2020 for symmetry.
What is one fun fact about you?
I jumped out of a plane at 14,000 feet during a tandem skydiving session.
How did you find CREW309?
I was introduced to CREW309 by my amazing Plastic Surgery Physician Assistant, Kassie Williams.
What does CREW309 mean to you?
With CREW309, I am putting myself first and reducing my risk of reoccurrence!
